GoToAssist Express was just updated to a new version! New features that were just added to the product are:
Chat - This will enable you to chat with your customer instead of communicating solely by phone
Remote Diagnostics - This enables you to remotely gather diagnostic information from your customer’s computer
File Transfer - Had multiple improvements to the user interface for increased usability
Reboot/Reconnect - Allows you to reboot your customer’s computer and have the session automatically reconnect after restart
Control-Alt-Delete - Allows you to send control-alt-delete to your customer’s computer during the session
Unattended Support - Allows you enable your customer’s computer for unattended support, which will allow you to connect back to that machine without the customer needing to be present
