I am thrilled to tell you that we have officially announced our wonderful new product to the world.
Before, you had to be invited to the testing program. As of today, anyone can sign up to be part of our beta community and can use GoToAssist Express for free for the duration of the beta period. And “how long is that?” you want to know? All I can say is, we will give you plenty of notice before the beta period ends. In the meantime, enjoy the free use of a great Citrix Online product.
I want to thank all of our current beta testers. We’ve received your ongoing insightful feedback and look forward to continuing the dialogue – you’ve really helped us identify bugs and new feature needs.
I hope you are enjoying GoToAssist Express and are able to take advantage of the recently added features, like Remote Diagnostics, Unattended Support and Reboot/Reconnect. If you have any questions about these, do post them in the forum or contact tech support.
