Since we have several remote locations, I’ve been using the product to troubleshoot and maintain workstations. I’ve also used it for personal use, as an aid for Mac support.
His favorite G2A Express feature / functionality: Ease of connectivity and general use. Many times, the user requesting help is not very computer savvy and it sometimes takes longer to make a connection than to actually fixed their pc. But I’ve found sending a URL as an email and having the remote user click a few times is not hard at all.

I would have to say it would be the result of the software rather than any features or functions. It allows me to fix things faster than I could over a VPN, show people what they did and even maybe how to fix it on their own the next time around. Not to mention the miles saved on the old car along with the gas prices these days.

I use GoToAssist Express (and GotoMeeting) whenever possible to avoid getting in a car and driving to a client site (or working on projects at a client site in another part of the country). I am amazed by how much remote technology has made me more mobile (last week I helped a client who was parked in his car by the side of the road, calling me on his cell. I remoted in to the laptop in his car which was using a broadband wireless card. I was also having coffee at Starbucks at the time.)

My favorite feature is the unattended support capability, if the client allows it. And the ability to reboot the remote PC and retain the connection session! Great product!
