Webinar 2: Camcorder Winner

July 25, 2008

The winner of yesterday’s drawing for a DXG-567 Pocket Camcorder is:

Andrew Duncan of Databuzz, Australia.

Andrew has been a beta tester since January 2008. Here is what he has to say about GoToAssist Express:

Databuzz develops database software applications. We use GoToAssist for remote troubleshooting, installing our software and performing customisations/upgrades for clients in the same city (saves on travel time) and other states and countries. I also use it to help my Mum when she’s having computer troubles :-)

I love that GoToAssist Express supports Mac and Windows client computers and the fact that you can be anywhere with Internet access and be able to start a session. We work with both Macintosh and Windows users and to offer them the same level of remote support is important to us and our customers.

Congrats Andrew! Thank you for participating in the GoToAssist Express Beta!

Webinar 1: Camcorder Winner

July 16, 2008

The winner of yesterday’s drawing for a DXG-567 Pocket Camcorder is:

Scott Zeiger of SJ Services, Cleveland Ohio.

Here is what Scott ahs to say about GoToAssist Express:

I have been a beta tester for I think about 3 months. I am a one man shop providing computer repairs, upgrades and networking. I provide onsite service for individuals and businesses. I save enough on gas to easily justify the cost of your product. I have tried other products but you guys are the winners.

My biggest client has 9 offices spread out across the Cleveland, Ohio area and it has allowed me to support their 100 employees without having to charge a trip charge. They are happy and I don’t lose productivity time being on the road.

I think it is great to be able to be at my computer and help multiple people at one, which equates out to being able to charge my normal rate but making more per hour.

Favorite thing: Ease. It is fairly simple for my customers to get to a point where I can take over. I support people from the young to a favorite customer of mine who is 95.

Congrats Scott! And thanks for your contribution to GoToAssist Express Beta!
