In the most recent training webinar we had, there were a lot of questions about the Notes feature and Reports.
In the product, you have the ability to record notes in your session by clicking the Notes button. 
It launches a notes window to record information you’d like to record about a session (the session must be active in order for you to record notes to it).

Later, at the end of the month or whenever you do you billing, you can pull a report of all sessions from the website.
Once you select the criteria you would like (timeframe, attended vs unatteded session and report format) you just run the report. You’ll see your notes in the right hand column and you can enter that data into your bililng software or invoices.
