GoToAssist Express was just updated to a new version, build 170! New features that were just added to the product are:
Mac Support - We have added many new capabilities to our Mac version of our remote support product, including: Chat, Notes, and Copy/Paste.
Bug Fixes - As always, we fixed a lot of bugs. As users, your feedback on these has been extremely valuable!

Will you be integrating a voice connection via the internet that can be active at the same time that a go to assist session is. This would enable oral communication at the same time as the work was being done. Since the majority of my use is to assist and train on specific software, this would be be valuable tool. I also work from home, so it would enable my home phone to be freed up for the rest of the family while I am working.
Can you let me know if this is being considered.

Thanks for sending this comment. You can see the status of all the feature requests on the forum and you can see the forum once you log into the GoToAssist Express web site (look for the forum link in the left nav). Once in the forum, click on the red “feedback” tab and load the feature requests. Then you can vote on the features you like the best. To answer your question — VoIP is one of the features requested but it is a low priority compared to other feature requests. If you would like to see this prioritized higher, you can vote for VoIP.
