You can see the status of all the feature requests on the forum and you can see the forum once you log into the GoToAssist Express web site (look for the forum link in the left nav). Once in the forum, click on the red “feedback” tab and load the feature requests. Then you can vote on the features you like the best. To answer your question — VoIP is one of the features requested but it is a low priority compared to other feature requests. If you would like to see this prioritized higher, you can vote for VoIP. This would enable oral communication at the same time as the work was being done. Since the majority of my use is to assist and train on specific software, this would be be valuable tool. I also work from home, so it would enable my home phone to be freed up for the rest of the family while I am working.

Can you let me know if this is being considered.
