GoToAssist Express was just updated to a new version, build 185! New features that were just added to the product are:
- Set up unattended remote support while at a customer’s computer
- Customizable Lock on Disconnect behavior for unattended sessions
- Customizable Inactivity Timeouts for unattended sessions
- The Unattended Computers list now remembers sort order
- Fixed a bug that was preventing the toolbar from retracting
- Support representatives on a Mac can now request diagnostic information
- Support representatives on a Mac can now reboot and reconnect to Windows computers.

Hi Nanka, thanks for writing. We are working to deliver Mac functionality that customers want (and they want unattended) but I don’t have a timeline right now. We’ll keep you posted, meanwhile, please make sure you request this feature in the Forum. Click on the red tab that says “feedback” and then cast your vote (or add a new feature to vote on.) We review these feature requests often.
