GoToAssist is once again revolutionizing the market. This week, Citrix unveiled significant new enhancements to its market-leading remote support tool. The new features were demonstrated at Citrix Synergy 2012, the conference where mobile work styles and cloud services meet, in San Francisco.
At Synergy, we proudly released:
• Social support with our “customer-initiated support” feature. GoToAssist now allows help requests to be initiated directly from such support channels as self-help web pages and user forums. The support session begins with one click in a chat interface and can be easily escalated to full screen-sharing support as needed.
