How to Log In
To log in to GoToAssist Express
Locate and double-click the GoToAssist Express icon in the system tray. ![]()
In the Log-In window, enter your login in the Login Field (always in the form of an email address).
Click Log In.

To log out of GoToAssist Express
Right-click the GoToAssist Express system-tray icon and select Log Out or Exit
How to Connect to a Customer
To connect to a customer and provide support, you must first generate a support key and then convey that number to the customer to enter into the support session. You can do this in one of three ways.
First, launch GoToAssist Express. (Double click the GoToAssist Express icon in the system tray.) ![]()
(1) Phone: To connect with a customer, direct the customer to www.fastsupport.com and tell them to enter the nine-digit support key shown on your screen.
(2) Email: Click on the “Email Support Info..” button. GoToAssist Express will launch an email using your client (limited to Microsoft Outlook) and copy the support key link into the email for you.
(3) Copy and paste the support key url into a chat window or email client by clicking on the “Copy Support URL” button.

Everytime you want to start a new session, click the New Session icon in the viewer window and follow the steps above for connecting with your customer.
You will need to generate a different support key for each customer by pressing the PLUS button.
