GoToAssist Express “2010 Customer Survey” Sweepstakes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.  PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1.         How to Enter

            a.         To enter, complete and submit the survey at https://citrix.websurveyor.net/wsb.dll/s/92g79c for entry in our April 16, 2010 drawing to receive one of four $100 gift cards. Surveys must be completed by April 2, 2010  in order to be entered into the drawing.  In the event of a dispute, Citrix Online will deem each entry to have been submitted by the holder of the email account from which it was sent.

            b.         Citrix Online is not responsible for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry. Citrix Online is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the survey for the April 16, 2010 drawing or for submissions that are late, misdirected or incomplete. Citrix Online reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes for any reason.

c.         The sweepstakes starts on March 24, 2010.  All entries must be received on or before 11:59 P.M. PST April 2, 2010.  Citrix Online is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected submissions.

2.         Eligibility

a.         Sweepstakes entrants must register using a valid and active telephone number and email address.

b.         Employees of Citrix, Citrix Online and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsor and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

3.         Winner Selection and Prizes

a.         A total of four (4) winners will be selected during a random drawing.  The winners will receive a $100 visa gift card.

b..        The winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) business days of winning.

c.         The winner will be asked but not required to sign publicity consent.  Winner must sign a declaration of eligibility and release of liability document prior to delivery of prize.  Winner further agrees to the use of his/her name, and city and state of residence for purposes of providing a list of the winner to the public on request, unless prohibited by law. Non-receipt of the declaration of eligibility and release of liability document after 30 days will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  Any winner/prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  Winner will be responsible for all income taxes on prize. 

d.         Prizes are not transferable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes allowed. Citrix Online reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

4.         Odds of Winning; Conditions of Participation; Miscellaneous

a.         Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

b.         This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited and in Florida and Puerto Rico. By participating, entrant and/or winner releases Citrix Online, its respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder. With respect to computer entries, Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.

c.         By entering, participants represent that they are eligible and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, and (b) to release Citrix Online its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

5.         For a list of winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:  Citrix Online, GoToAssist Survey Winners, 6500 Hollister Avenue, Santa Barbara, CA  93117.  All requests for lists of winners must be received by April 30, 2010.
