GoToAssist Remote Support – Mac users rejoice!
Mac multi-session support is here! One of our most requested features is now available. Technicians using MacBook’s can now run up to 8 simultaneous remote support sessions. Our redesigned Mac UI makes it easy to switch between sessions, invite technicians, and edit session notes in a flash. Open remote support sessions appear in the left navigation as thumbnails. Support technicians just can click on the Gear icon at the bottom of each thumbnail to view the drop-down menu options: Edit Session Name (attended sessions only), Invite Technicians, Performance Settings and End Session. Try it out today!

We have also added Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese language support for our Mac users!
Still want more? Our latest build includes the following improvements we think you’ll enjoy:
• Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Support – Provide attended support for individual RDP sessions
• Support first…details later – Our new Post Session window allows you to edit or add notes and assign unattended sessions to companies for reporting purposes.
