We’ve rolled out GoToAssist Corporate Version 11.6 over the past few weeks, and we wanted to highlight some of the exciting changes. Using your feedback, we focused on features that can help you be more efficient in supporting your customers. Here are the recent product enhancements:
Annotation tools for improved Mac support
Supporting customers on Mac computers is getting easier. You can now use annotation tools to draw, highlight and stamp on the customer’s screen while in session.
Full control of business hours
Just in time for the festive season, you can now set portal business hours for special events and holidays within the Management Center. That means you have full control. In the past, configuring business hours for your portals required help from a Citrix Customer Care representative. With our recent update, company managers can manage these settings themselves. For more details, check out the release notes.
More support options for chat
Customers without Adobe Flash installed on their desktops or mobile devices can now easily join a chat through built-in HTML instead. And HTML chat users on desktops can be transferred or escalated to a standard session just as users on the Flash client can.
