GoToAssist Remote Support has a new look

We’ve got big changes in store for GoToAssist Remote Support, which is why I’m excited to show everyone the new look.

It’s a better experience all around. We’ve redesigned the web, desktop and mobile apps to make things even easier.


The new platform is both modern and simple, and it’ll feature the following changes:

  • A new look and feel for the agent desktop app (Windows only)
  • A consolidated, feature-focused update for the web app
  • A unified Admin Center where you can easily manage users and settings
