On the Road with LogMeIn Support Solutions

There is a ton to look forward to in the fall.  School’s back in session for the kids, there’s a chill in the air (at least here in the North East) and of course, pumpkin spice lattes.  Fall also happens to be a really busy event season for our group.   You’ll see us at a number of events over the course of the next few weeks and hoping we get to meet some of you along the way.  Want to earn frequent flier miles along with us?  Here’s a quick rundown of where we’ll be:

SpiceWorld 2018 – October 8-10

Is there any cooler place to visit than Austin in the fall?  Come for the live music, stay for 3 days of informative sessions and lots of networking.  As an active participant in the SpiceWorks community, this is one of our favorite events of the year.  The audience is super passionate and engaged.  If you’re planning to attend, stop by and visit us at booth #40 where we’ll provide a sneak peek on the future of remote support.  One of our amazing product specialists will also be delivering a great session entitled Get IT Done: Providing Better Support with Fewer Resources, on Wednesday, 10/10 at 10:00 AM.  Sam will discuss how IT teams can balance budget requirements all while delivering the easy, fast and seamless support.

Service Management World 2018 – October 15-17

Just as it starts to get chilly here in Boston, we are more than happy to escape to Florida for Service Management World.   This is a marquis event for us this year – one not to miss.  Why?  We’ll have some exciting news to share around our product portfolio.  If that’s not enough, our rockstar support solutions product lead, Anand Rajaram, will be speaking along with Rescue customer Hologic to discuss how emerging support trends can drive user and agent productivity while creating a better overall support experience.   If you’ll be in Orlando, come by booth #301.

Technology & Services World (TSW) 2018 – October 15-17

Yep, TSW is the same week as Service Management World, but is equally as valuable – so we’re doing both.    We never miss a TSW event if we can help it – especially since it’s in Las Vegas.   It’s one of the best industry events for attendees to share ideas, network and learn.  This year, we’ll be on stage with our head of products, Kevin Bardos and Rescue customer Motorola to share how cutting-edge technology can dramatically improve the support experience and opens the opportunity to redefine the role of the support center all together.   Be sure to catch that session and stop by booth# 28 to learn more.

As you can see fall is an incredibly busy month for our team, but we are so excited to get on the road and meet with everyone at these events.  They offer us an opportunity to learn from our peers, share insights from our own experience, and connect with people like you that are passionate about supporting employees and customers alike.
