We’ve all been there.

Having a technical issue with your computer at work when you were just about to finish that project, just about to submit that presentation. You submit a ticket and wait, before messaging back and forth with your IT agent trying to help them understand the issue, and downloading various endpoints to facilitate solving the problem. All the while, your productivity is stalled and valuable time is being spent off-task.

This process shouldn’t be so clunky – it doesn’t have to be. But according to data from an Aberdeen study, IT support isn’t keeping up with the fast-paced environment of today’s workplace. Here’s why fast, frictionless processes matter for employees and what you can do about it:
