- GoToAssist Corporate users whose portals are set up to redirect customers to their own (i.e., non-GoToAssist Corporate) survey at the end of the session will now be able to add a parameter that includes the Session ID so that third-party survey data can be generated in reports. All session data that is generated from third-party surveys will be linked with the appropriate Session IDs.
- Note: Only account managers can add the Session ID parameter in this integration.
- Backend changes were implemented to correct an issue where customized business hours were not reflected on the original version of the “closed” page.
