GoToAssist Corporate users whose portals are set up to redirect customers to their own (i.e., non-GoToAssist Corporate) survey at the end of the session will now be able to add a parameter that includes the Session ID so that third-party survey data can be generated in reports. All session data that is generated from third-party surveys will be linked with the appropriate Session IDs.
Note:Only account managers can add the Session ID parameter in this integration.
Backend changes were implemented to correct an issue where customized business hours were not reflected on the original version of the “closed” page.
