Repair Template Used in End-User Web Integration
  • A fix has been implemented to address a redirection issue for a template that is used by GoToAssist Corporate users that have implemented the End-User (Customer-side) Web Integration within their environment.  Previously, customers who attempted to initiate a new support session would encounter a “page not found” error instead of being redirected to the correct join flow page.
