Updates to OpenSSL
- Backend changes were made in order to align the GoToAssist Remote Support Customer app with the most updated version of OpenSSL (i.e., the coding that allows the app to connect with the GoToAssist Remote Support system).
Fix for Expired Security Certificate
- Updates were made to an expired built-in security certificate that caused GoToAssist (Customer) app for Android users to encounter the message, “Your device is having Wi-Fi or celluar network connectivity issues. Please check your connection and try again” when attempting to connect to a GoToAssist Remote Support technician’s session.
