Fix for Displaying the Correct Support Session Duration Times in Reports
- A fix was implemented to ensure that the reporting data reflected the session duration time as the time when the customer joined and left the session, just as it is reflected in recordings. Previously, the session duration time displayed in reports would reflect when the agent created the session (including the time spent waiting on the customer to join) and closed the session, instead of when the customer joined and left the session. (GTARS-7220)
