GoToAssist Remote Support (v16.11.2 Web) Release Notes

Bug fixes and backend changes
Fix for correctly displaying the status of shared seats and allowing a seat to be used when an agent has ended their session. Previously, the Admin Center did not reflect the correct amount of shared seats available for use because the system did not recognize that the agent was no longer in session. (GTARS-7381)
A backend change was made to ensure session recording URLs that are retrieved via the external API are accessible and functional. Previously, API calls made for session recordings were still linked to our previous system, and now have been updated to retrieve session recording data from our unified platform system. (GTARS-7361)
