What’s New?

Improvements to Reporting Filters

  • Agents that access the Reporting tab of their account to generate reports will now only see users with an assigned GoToAssist Remote Support seat in the “Technician” drop-down menu when making their report focus selections.  This improvement greatly reduces the time it takes to filter users within this list, as it no longer contains users that do not have an assigned seat for Remote Support.  Previously, all users of the agent’s LogMeIn account were displayed in the “Technician” drop-down menu, even if they did not have an assigned agent seat (e.g., GoToMeeting only user).  (GTAUP-2422)
