What’s New?

Ability to Access the Admin Center Without a Seat
  • Admins now have the ability to access the Admin Center without having a seat assigned to their account.  When admins with no seat assigned log in to, they will now see a message on their Dashboard (shown below), which allows them to click the Admin Center link or use the account drop-down menu and select Manage People and Devices to be redirected to the Admin Center.  Previously, admins were required to have a seat assigned to their account in order to access the Admin Center to manage their users and settings.  (GTAUP-1461)


Bug Fix

  • Fix for allowing the agent desktop application to launch when clicking Start Session on the Dashboard a second time after closing the app.  Previously, if the agent launched the desktop app from the Start Session button, closed the app, then clicked Start Session again, the agent desktop app would not launch.  (GTAUP-1536)
