Bug Fixes

Fix for Preventing the Agent Desktop Application from Crashing
  • Agents will no longer experience crashing of the GoToAssist agent desktop application (i.e., GoToAssist Expert) while multiple active support sessions are in progress.  Previously, the search filter on the Unattended Support Computers list caused the entire agent desktop application to become unstable, and resulted in a full app crash when an agent was running multiple active support sessions and attempted to close 1 session, or attempted to connect to multiple unattended devices with at least 1 active session in progress.  (GTAUP-2301)

Additional fixes & changes:

  • Fix for displaying the “Oui” button on the dialog prompt, “Starting this session ends another session…” when logging in to the agent desktop app from another computer and the chosen language is French.  (GTAUP-2049)
  • Cosmetic changes were applied to the instructional text of all desktop app screens to refer to the “expert” or “technician” as the “agent.”  Additionally, all instances of the term “company” have been changed to “device group” to reflect the terminology change that occurred when the unified platform was debuted.  (GTAUP-2089)
