What’s New?

Support for iPad Pro

  • The GoToAssist Seeit app for iOS can now be used on iPad Pro devices running iOS 9 or newer. Previously (v6.2), this app was only optimized for iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad use.


Universal Links Support for iOS 9

  • When an iOS 9 customer taps a session join link (e.g., from an email or text message invitation), they will now be automatically launched into session without any further action required. Previously, they were first directed to a landing page (shown below) that required them to then tap Join in order to be launched into session. Note that for iOS devices that are running iOS 8 or below, the previous join flow process will remain.

Additional Fix

  • Cosmetic changes were made to button behavior within the app to improve usability and user experience.
