Improved Video and Snapshot Quality for iPhone 5 Devices
- When experts host a session with a customer who is using an iPhone 5, 5S, or 5C, they will see an improvement in the picture quality of their video recording and snapshots. If high-resolution is supported, the iOS device will capture video at a higher frame rate (15fps) and screen resolution (480×360 pixels), making the images sharper. Devices that do not support high-resolution video quality will capture at a lower frame rate (10 fps) and higher screen resolution (640×480 pixels) to boost image clarity.
- A display change was implemented to allow the Join Session screen to adjust when the device’s screen orientation has been changed to landscape mode.
