Free Trial Signup for New Users

  • GoToAssist Seeit now offers as a free trial account (no credit card required) for anyone to try! Previously (v2.0 Web release), technicians were required to have a GoToAssist account (regardless of account status) in order to host GoToAssist Seeit sessions.
  • New GoToAssist Seeit trial users who do not have an existing GoToAssist account can sign up as follows:
    1. Visit the GoToAssist Seeit trial page (https://www.gotoassist.com/remote-support/anytime/seeit-lp).
    2. In the trial signup section, enter the required information (i.e., first name, last name, email address, password).
    3. Click Sign up Free.

  • Technicians who already have a GoToAssist account (e.g., Remote Support, Service Desk) do not need to sign up for a GoToAssist Seeit trial; they can simply click Customer Log In in the top navigation to log in with their existing GoToAssist credentials.
