What’s New?

Access to My Account page

  • Technicians are now able to easily access their account overview page once they have logged into the technician web site as follows:
    1. Log in at
    2. Click Open account overview.​
    3. Click the Account icon​ AccountIcon in the top navigation. AccountOverviewAccess
    4. Once redirected to the My Account page, you can access the following options:
  • Seeit Home Page – Arrive at the technician web site to start a new GoToAssist Seeit session.
  • Admin Center – Arrive at the Manage Users page to manage your technician account(s).
    • Note: This option will only appear if you have more than one technician seat for your account.​
