  • A fix was implemented to correct an issue that prevented custom field triggers from applying to an incident when trigger conditions were met.
  • A backend change was implemented to allow services to be filtered using API v2.
  • A fix was implemented to allow admins to add customers to services outside of the admin’s own assigned company.
