  • Bug fixes and backend changes

Bug Fixes

  • Fix for allowing changes to be made to an incident without resulting in a modification of the SLA.  Previously, when changes were made to incidents with an overdue SLA, this also changed the date/time of the incident to the current date/time, thereby incorrectly indicating that the SLA deadline was met. (GTASD-987)
  • Backend changes were made to display the process ID and the host name (i.e., on which the process is running) to internal users with Super Admin privileges (e.g., OPs) in order to expedite ending those stuck processes.  (GTASD-985)
