Bug Fix

Fix for Inability to Display Search Results Using Keywords
  • A fix was implemented to display all matching results using the “Keywords” search option (e.g., by any valid keyword or service record number, such as #5346, B#5346, or #5346) when searching all incidents, problems, changes, releases, and knowledge articles within the Global view & per-service views (for technicians) and customer portal view (for customers).  (GTASD-1233)

Additional changes and minor improvements:

  • Fix for displaying all matching results using the “Keyword” search option when creating reports for incidents, problems, changes, releases, and knowledge articles.  (GTASD-1226)
  • Fix for displaying all matching results using multiple categories when creating reports for incidents, problems, changes, releases, and knowledge articles.  Previously, only the first category yielded results, and all subsequent categories were ignored. (GTASD-1274)
  • Fix for displaying all matching results when linking incidents, problems, changes, releases, and knowledge articles to a service record.  Previously, when attempting to link an item, the search yielded zero results.  (GTASD-1299)​
  • Fix for displaying all matching results when using the search option within the Customer Portal and clicking the “View all” link.  (GTASD-1317)
