App Support for OS 4.2.2 and 4.3 (Jelly Bean)
- Customers with Samsung Android devices running OS 4.2.2 and 4.3 (Jelly Bean) can now join standard screen-sharing support sessions using the GoToAssist Corporate (CS) app. Previously, the app only supported OS 2.3, 4.0 and 4.1.
Ability to Send Logfiles
- Customers can now send product logfiles to technicians by selecting “Send Logfiles”, which will create a new email with the attached logfiles. Previously, it was not always possible for customers to access or send logfiles.
