What’s New?

Include Items with No Response in “Customer Survey” Report  

  • The “Customer Survey” report now includes all survey items, even those that do not receive a response. Previously, the report skipped items without a response.

Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) No Longer Supported

  • Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) is no longer supported by the GoToAssist Customer application or the Mac standalone application. Mac OS X 10.5 customers who try to run build 1084 on their computer will see a message notifying them that 10.5 and earlier versions are not supported.
