New “Get Available Sessions” API Method

  • A new “Get Available Sessions” API method is now available and can be viewed in the Developer Center. This method retrieves a list of available sessions on the account. With the help of sessionIds, additional information about the session (e.g., technician, email) can be retrieved using other methods.
