What’s New?

New Customizable Report Columns (Labs)

  • A new “customizable report columns” feature is now available under Labs. When enabled, users see a new “Columns” section on the Reports & Queues page that allows them to use check boxes to choose which columns they want to appear in their report. See below for more details about the available columns.

  • Administrators can enable the new labs feature by going to Configure > Account-Wide Settings > Labs, selecting the new “Customize report columns” check box and clicking Save.

Available Columns

  • All report types include the following customizable columns:
    • Reference Number
    • Priority Level
    • Title
    • Assignee
    • Service (if you’re in Global View)
    • Last Updated
    • Last Updated By
    • Recently Updated
    • Task Count
  • Incident reports also include the following columns:
    • Due Date
    • Occurred At
    • Status
    • Closed Date
    • Responded Date
    • On Hold
    • SLA Met
    • Type
    • Category
    • Resolved Date
    • Resolved By
  • Problem reports also include the following columns:
    • Known Error
    • Occurred
    • Last 7 Days
    • Workaround Found At
    • Type
    • Category
    • Closed
  • Change reports also include the following columns:
    • Status
    • Released Live
    • Issue Count
    • Due Live At
    • Closed
  • Release reports also include the following columns:
