The End of Pronunciation Problems – Meet Helpme.net

By Veronica Puailoa

“Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.” Tongue twisters can be fun in the right environment; however, they are extremely frustrating when your ability to enunciate determines how quickly you can help resolve someone’s technical issues.

With GoToAssist Remote Support, technicians on the phone with customers would ask them to type fastsupport.com into their browser, where they could then enter a unique support key to launch a screen-sharing session.

But the team at GoToAssist recognized that the fretfully formulaic fastsupport.com was frequently frustrating to convey on a call, so they decided to create a new URL. Say hello to helpme.net, the easier address for simple, swift support.

We hope this has helped you get into your GoToAssist Remote Support session with your customer faster and with minimal dictation problems.

  1. Thank you for adding this domain. You have no idea how many times I had customers put in faxsupport.com instead of fastsupport.com
