With GoToAssist Remote Support, technicians on the phone with customers would ask them to type into their browser, where they could then enter a unique support key to launch a screen-sharing session.

But the team at GoToAssist recognized that the fretfully formulaic was frequently frustrating to convey on a call, so they decided to create a new URL. Say hello to, the easier address for simple, swift support.
